About

I’m Emina — and I work at the place where the body and everything else meet.

I didn’t arrive at this work in a straight line. My background is in social work, which means I was trained to look at people as whole systems long before I was looking at posture and movement.

From social work to movement — and back again

Over the past six years I’ve worked with a wide range of clients on their movement mechanics — from chronic back pain and migraines to posture, gait, and the structural patterns that keep people stuck physically.

I completed in-person training with Functional Patterns, including their Human Foundation and Human Biomechanics Specialist courses. I hold a personal training certification through NASM International. And I’ve spent years applying the principles of the Sedona Method — first to my own life, and increasingly within my work with clients.

What I kept noticing — in clients and in myself — was that the physical and the emotional were never really separate. The body remembers everything. Working with it honestly means working with all of it.

“The body remembers everything. Working with it honestly means working with all of it.”

What you can expect from me

I work with a small number of clients at a time, exclusively online via Zoom. Programs run for a minimum of one year — because that’s what lasting change actually requires, and I’m not interested in pretending otherwise.

I’m not going to hand you a program and disappear. I’m also not going to tell you I have all the answers — because most of them are already inside you. What I can do is help you find them, and walk alongside you while you do the work.

I bring everything I know into each program: movement mechanics, emotional release tools, and the ability to see patterns that clients often can’t see in themselves. What we prioritise depends entirely on where you are and what you need most.
