We get to know each other. You tell me what’s going on, I explain how I work. No pressure, no pitch. We both decide if it’s a good fit. If it is, we talk about next steps. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you honestly.

Paid — Zoom — 60 minutes

Paid introductory session

A full posture analysis and your first real training session. This gives us a clear baseline and gives you a genuine experience of the approach before committing to anything longer.

Minimum one year — 60 min/week via Zoom

Weekly coaching program

Weekly sessions, with practices and homework in between. Everything is personalised to where you are and what you need — physically, emotionally, and beyond. We work at the pace your body and process need, not faster.
