Free consultation call

We get to know each other. You tell me what is going on, I explain how I work. No pressure and no pitch. We both decide if it is a good fit. If it is, we talk about next steps. If it is not, I will tell you honestly.

Paid — Zoom — 60 minutes

Paid introductory session

A full posture analysis and your first real training session. This gives us a clear baseline and gives you a genuine experience of the approach before committing to anything longer.

Weekly sessions via Zoom — 60 minutes

Weekly coaching program

Weekly sessions with practices and homework in between. Some sessions will be training-oriented, focusing on biomechanics, movement, and posture. Others will be more coaching-oriented, working with what your body is holding emotionally or mentally. We follow what you need at that point in the process, not a fixed script.

Programs are built for lasting change. Most people commit to working together for a sustained period — typically a year or more — because that is genuinely what it takes to create results that hold. We discuss the right pace and timeline for you on the free call.

That does not mean every session becomes a deep emotional conversation. But it does mean being willing to look at the whole picture when the moment calls for it.
