A full posture analysis and your first real training session. This gives us a clear baseline and gives you a genuine experience of the approach before committing to anything longer.
Weekly sessions, with practices and homework in between. Everything is personalised to where you are and what you need — physically, emotionally, and beyond. We work at the pace your body and process need, not faster.
