A full posture analysis and your first training. This gives us a clear baseline and gives you a real sense of the approach.

60 minutes each, with homework in between. We work at the pace your body and process need — not faster.

A few things
this isn’t

I don’t hand out training programs that run by themselves. Everything we do is guided, responsive, and specific to you.
I won’t do the work for you — and I won’t pretend I have all the answers. Most of them are already inside you.
I don’t work with people sporadically unless they’ve already completed at least a year of consistent work together. This isn’t a drop-in service.
