How your body moves and is structured. Posture, gait, muscle function, and the movement patterns that are creating strain or preventing recovery. This work is grounded in Functional Patterns methodology, which looks at the body as an integrated system built around real human movement.

Emotional patterns

Unresolved emotions and stress do not stay in your head. They live in your body. We work with tools like the Sedona Method to support release where it is needed, gently and at your own pace.

Habits and awareness

Your daily environment, choices, and relationships shape your body more than most people realise. Building awareness here is part of creating lasting change that holds beyond our sessions.

We meet on Zoom, get to know each other, and talk about what is going on for you. No pressure, just an honest conversation to see if we are a good fit.

Paid introductory session

Paid introductory session

A full posture analysis and your first training. This gives us a clear baseline to work from and gives you a real sense of the approach before committing to anything longer.

Weekly Zoom sessions

Weekly Zoom sessions

60 minutes each week, with homework in between. Each session is tailored to what you need most at that point, whether that is biomechanics work, emotional releasing, or a combination of both.

A minimum of one year
