Over the past six years I have worked with a wide range of clients on their movement mechanics, from chronic back pain and migraines to posture, gait, and the structural patterns that keep people stuck physically.
I completed in-person training with Functional Patterns, including their Human Foundation and Human Biomechanics Specialist courses. I hold a personal training certification through NASM International. And I have spent years applying the principles of the Sedona Method, first to my own life, and increasingly within my work with clients.
What I kept noticing, in clients and in myself, was that the physical and the emotional were never really separate. Someone could do all the right exercises and still plateau. Someone else could have a shift in how they were holding an old emotion and suddenly their posture would change. The body remembers everything. Working with it honestly means working with all of it.
